Crawfish Invade Tulsa May 15th at Hebert’s CrawFest 2010

TULSA - May 15th, you are invited to experience a bit of Cajun Cuisine right here in Tulsa! Hebert’s Specialty Meats, on 71st Street just West of Lewis, will host CrawFest 2010, Saturday, May 15th from 11a.m. to 7p.m. Come and enjoy all your favorite Cajun foods ...like Crawfish ...Etouffee, Crawfish Boudin, and Boiled Crawfish. Don’t forget other Cajun favorites like Red Beans, Cajun Sausage Sandwiches, Corn Maque Choux, and Bread Pudding. The festival will feature Live Cajun music from Jr. Hebert and the Maurice Playboys! Bring the whole family and test your luck at a variety of crawfish games! Laissez le Bon Temps Roules at CrawFest 2010!

A portion of the proceeds from CrawFest 2010 will go to Therapetics Service Dogs of Oklahoma. Therapetics is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that breeds, trains and places service dogs to assist Oklahomans with physical disabilities. For more information about Therapetics call (918) 270-4226.
